re: hdr cash position why not audited it's interesting that hdr's half year financial report is an interim report (unaudited).

i have only ever seen audited half year reports from hdr.

considering potter has made it very difficult for a second bidder, was an unaudited account another hurdle created?

if so, we could summise that potter was in collusion with tullow (and the shorters?) long before the stated date that the takeover discussions first occured.

there is probably a reasonable explanation.
