But also 2500,000 oppies @ 60c were exercised, whilst 2300,000 were disposed of! I get a profit on those 2300,000 shares of $184,000 (assuming he got about 68c for each share), and lets see, and he spends approx $120,000 buying his new shares.....

In fact the report indicates that he made $51,527 as a result (net consideration I believe its called).

But the main thing is that he is dumping those converted shares on the market, and blind freddy can see from the share price charts is that what he and his fellow directors have done, is START the fall from 70c.... which in turn has undermined investor convidence in the stock.
