I'm tired of hearing about incentives. What incentive does a director need other than their standard payment. Surely their profecionalism should provide the necessary incentive and if it doesn't, p!ss em off because we are required to arrive at work each day, on time and achieve results with no more than an award payment and barely ever a thank you.
