re: hdr goes against grain - remember That once these directors take profits a lot of them reinvest in other companies - and they arent insiders then. they have to trade the market - hey once the selloff by the insiders happens thats when i move in so either way its just a matter of just changing our timing to take advantage of the new situaiton with discounted capital raisings and company directors screwing other shareholders with discounted options and other favourable breaks.
