Hi It makes sense to me that Woodside would like to keep Hardman as a separate company and that would make borrowing easier as Hardman do not have any exposure to DEBT at the moment. Imagine how much money they could borrow when these fields are proven . I think that the World Bank would assist with development to forward the benefits coming from this development to the Mauritainians I feel that All can benefit out of this Regards Towie
