can you help me with what I thought was the
arrangement?.Hdr have the permits and have a reduced
earning (aprox-23%) in return for JV partners to fund
drilling.That in my eyes says that WPL are supplying
the tools and HDR the site.Yet the theme appears to be
HDR funding the drilling.Are these funds for Mauritania
or other projects.If HDR wish to add to the balance I'd
of thought a higher share price leads to more funds?.
Oh yeah,us long term holders hate not getting asked to
participate as the stock gets increasingly diluted.
I reckon WPL are lurking behind the curtains.BMD.
