I don't know what arrangements Hardman have with Woodside as I don't follow the stock that closely. I am not a holder and have never been. They obviously need to raise more capital either for current projects or others they have in the pipeline. As for the price of the placement, what do you value HDR at the moment? I value it at yesterdays close. Sure there have been some successful discoveries but that is only a small part of the overall process. What people fail to realise, as most oilers will know, is that you must recover this oil (or gas) economically. These finds by Hardman may never see light of day. Just because you have oil bearing sands does not mean you have a successful oil production platform. Oil grades play an important role aswell.
