    I agree with your comment on HDR/WPL not informing the market. I am not usually critical of HDR management - I tend to blame WPL for lack of information. But Ted's comment that the market had got it wrong is BS - how can the market get it right if it is not informed. I think I am going to give both HDR and WPL a blast.
