hdr/roc - seriously what do you think?

I posted this wild speculation (just for you Yogi) yesterday and it attracted a complete yawn (except for mycrowsoft who suggested a name for the merged company of "Rochardman". Seriously guys what do you think?? Here it is again:

Just had a thought - could some of the recent action in both HDR and ROC be due to specualtion that HDR might be interested in ROC??????? Would be a natural fit and HDR is capitalised at well over 3 times ROC. ROC has good financials, local production for diversification, and overseas territories that would fit with HDR's portfolio - equity in Mauritania and Gabon and interests (and soon drilling) in China.

If HDR was to make a move they could first sell down some Mauritanian equity to say WPL, then use the funds to make a share and cash offer. Why not???? The obvious answer is that HDR has little cash flow as yet and needs heaps of funds for Chinguetti and Tiof development and exploration committments. Oh well - just a dream perhaps??
