hdr selling an over reaction

Merou being dry is a disappointment, of course, but the short sellers have way overreacted to the dry hole announcement. Keep in mind that if the Tiof discovery alone has a billion bbls [and it is looking very likely that it will] HDR's 21.6% is worth over $A3 per share on this one structure alone. And ,yes, HDR does have other successful finds--can anyone remember Chinguetti???
