For what it's worth, if you have a look at a one year daily high/low or three years weekly high/low chart there is a potentially very bearish topping formation.
Of course, charts aren't always accurate. I don't make decisions based on charts alone and not fundamentals, but if I was a holder in HDR I would be looking at the chart as well as HDR's fundamentals. There are some warning signs in the chart.
