Thanks Oilleak.

H, this deal looks to me somewhat neutral to a long term holder. But agree that short term this will provide HDR will much needed cash and balance sheet strength (as well as address funding concerns). However, unfortunately this has come at the expense of forgoing tremendous leverage and potential in the long term.

I have to admit that I am not as excited as I perhaps should be. But I suppose any capital raising would have had the same effect (except all shareholders may have been given the opportunity to participate).
