    Can someone please post the announcement? I can't read the PDF sent to me.

    If entire Agip stake is sold for USD 132m, this is roughly 10% of Areas A&B or 55 m barrels of oil at USD2.3 per barrel.

    This looks to me to be a short term positive on HDR but way too cheap in my view.
