    I will see if I can post the announcement. The price is excellent and US$100m more than they paid. Looks like they never intended to keep the equity and have done an excellent deal. It is worth more than the US$2.30 per barrel because they won't have to issue more capital so there won't be the dilution of their reserves per share.
