Exactly as I was suggesting - WPL are now very enthusiastic after years of downplaying the potential. I expect WPL to continue to promote Mauritania and we should see them more effusive in presentations as well as market releases. They now need to justify their purchase to the investment community (which already thinks it was a good deal). At their most recent presentation they said acquisitions were too expensive (like the 2 takeovers that they tried) but apparently this deal (and this increased focus on Mauritania) got the thumbs up from the board with ease.
