hdr shares on issue?, page-8

Interesting that ROC, from memory, has about one fifth the share of Mauritania that HDR has and about one quarter the shares on issue (after both HDR & ROC placements) cf HDR.

Both have similar financial position post placement (i.e. able to fulfull all commitmentsfor next yr or so); both have other very prospective projects - although some of ROCs are a little more advanced than HDRs. ROC shareprice is a bit lower than HDRs, and has been dropping that last couple of days.

Why is ROC languishing while HDR booming? Maybe the ROC near term drilling results (in China) is making some nervous. Or maybe the HDR rise is unrelated to Mauritania?

Can't work it out.

Holding both HDR & ROC (but many more HDR than ROC)
