Perhaps the fact that ROC isn't moving points to:

1) A HDR T/O - hope not
2) London being excited about HDR and promoted well there by UK brokers
3) HDR has a lot of other territory - Guyane and Uganda for instance. Turaco-2 is nearing results of testing and indications are that its big. Both areas could attract large farminees and could contain billions of barrels. Perhaps there's a WPL farmin coming?
4) HDR will have significant production and is approaching top 150 status - instos may need to be in it.
