I was very pleased they they decided to move onto Banda; I think they know better than anyone that a hit on Banda would change things all-together and would probably see the focus change from Chinguetti to Banda.

I also think people should be ready for a quick result since in only 300m of water the tertiary targets may also be much shallower than at Chinguetti.. i.e. TD of less than 2000m? The current drilling rig has shown its capacity at chinguetti-4-2 when it drilled to 1727m in 7-days i.e. around 1000m of drilling at a rate of 140m+/day.. before setting BOP's and drilling on to targets.. Todays price move probably highlights the above programme and people that may have sold out on rumors re-adjusting their position due to the surprise move to Banda that could see wealth created/ destroyed (IMHO greater upside potential than downside since recent price action hasn't yet factored in Banda to any great extent) at a much more significant pace than at Chinguetti.
