My first thought was that without greater WPL ownership HDR must itself raise capital for future works, eg seismic in other leases around the world.
Could HDR could raise enough money to participate in bringing a field such as Chinguetti into production - might a sellout from Mauritania be on the cards?
Previous fundraising had a significant short term effect on HDR's price.
