I would assume wpl would not sell unless it thought
tiof's potential was weak.
Too me this is simply common sense.All the talk of window dressing wpl's financials are total rubbish.They
simply dont like what they see and are consequently decreasing their exposure to the region.
Your thought implies Mauritania = Tiof. That speaks a lot about your common sense. The window dressing may not be true, and probably isn't. The fact is, no one will really know the real reason behind their sale, including you and me.
