So we have 10% of the company changing hands for a discounted price of $1.76 and it's going to open at $1.50 ??? Now I realise that HDR has been in halt today and was temporarly insulated from the 50 point drop which will most likely catch them tomorrow but to drop to 26 cents under a discounted price ?
we shall see.
