At the end of the day, however technically superior a commentator may be, it is the 'ground realities' and why they spend or accelerate or slow down performance that really matters.
And, these decisions are taken for every other reason other than for the purpose for which the company went into business in the first place.
Secondly unless you are technically experienced in these matters and have direct access to the actual work site their platforms and the rest, they can tell you all they want you to know and you would not know any better. Thats the harsh realities of the business they are in.
