Isnt it funny how the ASIC deploys all there resources at there disposal to chase your $200 in unpaid annual return fees when they are 1 day late (for registered companies) yet do nothing about monitoring the rules and regulations that has created and justifies the existence of this very institution.

I guess though when your dealing with the mafia you would probably turn a blind eye.
