Chin1 did not find an oil/water interface and if Chin2 did not either does it mean that they could/should have drilled deeper until they found the bottom of the oil deposit in order that a better estimate of oil in place could be made?

I finally got on to the WPL presentation mentioned and by the look of the diagram there could be a real possibility/probability of C3 being a duster - am I right in this?
