IMO smsl has the first mover advantage by brainwashing the local people without much pushback at the onset ... and it does not help that the Greens from Australia have been openly supporting smsl/slc/the oppositio party etc in their efforts to discredit Lynas and use it to topple the existing Malay govt .. what do the local people think when they see this happening?
when MPs from another country discredit one of their own companies and in a roundabout way support the political aims of the local opposition I guess it makes quite an impact, maybe that is why Anwar got the misguided notion that the Australian Government itself would help in the elections just MO and musings
