The cap at .11 is doing its work. Watch the .105 level swell. That's what Mr. 11 cents wants. He is probably also the million bidder. It's an old accumulation tactic that I have described in my post on the other thread this morning.
For those who are fundamentals traders, this will not matter in the short-medium term. For day traders it's the whole game.
