Hey Stringtickler, Is there anyway that these practice can be stop? Like for example, what if PRR's news announce today and people want to buy in etc. would it defeat these people's game?
Or does these people have inside info.? As I see it, they ramp this stock up (early) before the news, trap other smaller investors and then let the SP drop. So they can pick up shares from weaker investors.
