NHE playing catch-up here. Even though management claim to be fully funded for the flow test, I'm inclined to think they are probably still hoping to raise before then. Access road taking the blame for mobilisation delays at the moment. At the very least, a drill rig should have been secured and long lead items ordered. Until management release anns to support this, it is yet to be done IMO.
