Sounds like HE1 raised and plan to drill in early Jan. I think there are various wet seasons for the next few months and NHE may not be doing flow testing or seeking to obtain that free gas sample for awhile till after the wet seasons?
Vuli short wet season is Oct to Dec and Masika long wet season is Mar to May
Seems HE1 is targeting the Jan-Feb period in-between the two wet seasons.
