There is no doubt about FMG, it sticks to what it has said, always.
Today a routine notice has gone up, about the issuing of $1.14m worth 'performance right ' shares to Nev Power, CEO.
Nothing unusual, BUT a note says that the shares for this issue were bought 'on market', by the FMG Employees' share trust, and not issued as new shares.
Most companies simply issue new shares which slightly dilutes the holdings of others, but not FMG.
Very subtle move, but not missed by me, and no surprise. It is this type of subtle management that seperates FMG from others.
There is no doubt about FMG, it sticks to what it has said,...
