Then the 'analysts' now that they have can the stock price to a 'sell'......wait for it to bottom out.....buy up big..then re-rate the same stock as a 'buy'....then sell at the top ! How many times have we seen this 'successful' stategy used over & over again !? It capitalises on uncertainty (any that happens to be around, there's so much lately !!!) and makes them money !
