if you watch the senate hearing with murkowski and munchin last night for the 2 new bills in the US you will understand why the price is up today.
if you missed it, murkowski confirmed the critical list recommendations out this week. federal loan guarantees on the table. Syrah just might get the lending at a 5% rate..
follow the pattern of the chart now. its clearly broken out of the downtrend.
