Actually I very much suspected the same that WG joined the board of FGR because TLG said NO to him. One time he said FGR and TLG are 'catalysts for disruption in the graphene sector'. Then suddenly he turned away from TLG quickly just in few months, and belittle TLG in his so-called weekly comment. Such inconsistency is hardly from a sophisticated investor. He also argued that "Talga needs to beef up its management team with respect to commercial operations". I guessed he meant himself.
I hoped that he felt well when he read ~76% conversion rate from today's announcement where conversion rate once was his point to give up TLG.
