So I can comment on it, according to my understanding of the law as currently expressed in the state of Victoria.
I believe the lack of ownership of the Covid-19 strategy, the incompetence in contracting quarantine security and lack of oversight of high risk cases indicates systemic failures. Dan Andrews is incompetent and should resign.
