    It looked like a single institutional buyer of 12m plus shares (@12.5c = $1.5m) first thing in the morning but no notice of directors buying shares or a takeover, so as Pauline Howard would say: "please explain?"

    As an MPI shareholder I'm looking for the previous high of 17cents.
