The answer: the fundamentals of PLS and its management.
A DFS that gets replaced with a lower-confidence PFS on the same day and still nothing about the downstream processing thought bubble. Let me predict what will happen next;
A scoping desktop study on downstream processing!
From DFS to PFS to scoping. Less and less certainty in every estimate. Nothing connects and everything seems to be happening in reverse.
