I believe this is the week, TOX will definitely be fully re rated by the market. I believe TOX will build a head of steam early this week in anticipation of some big numbers coming out of the quarterly report but I personally believe TOX will be in full throttle once the quarterly come out as the majority of the market will have underestimated what TOX have achieved in recent months. The market seem to react quite late of TOXs announcements. When the profit froecast ann was made in July, the share price was still stageering at 4.4c one day later.

Remember as I have stated on here before, the $3m EBITDA profit forecast for 2005/06 is not correct and is severlely undervalued. THe market have yet to revalue the company based on this underestimatiob. Please refer to my previous posts regarding this issue.

Also when looking at the quarterly report, dont forget than only $205k was made in July so therefore if say $1 million profit is achieved, which I believe is probable that $800k would have been made in the last two months of the quarter.

Along with a profit upgrade would come with it a higher P/E ratio by the market. I understand that in the first six months of this year, the market were still sceptical of TOX as it had been underperforming for a while and so therefore were valuing TOX with a very low P/E ratio.

However, a good profit resulkt for this quarter, should see TOX trading at a much higher p/e ratio. THe valuation of TOX should also encompass all other avenues of growth TOX have hinted will occur in the coming year but have yet to be reflected in their profit forecasts. TOX have yet to embark on expansion plans through external acquisitions or upgrading of their plants or expansions of their activities in other states. In additon, high bariers to entry give TOX a niche market. TOX do not need to rush to engage in expansion activities as they know competition will not be fierce.

10c will be hit with ease this coming week. I believe once 10c is exceeded, it will never go back under 10c again. I bought some more TOXO at 5.3c and 5.6c yesterday. 0.1c movements will be a thing of the past very soon with TOX.

Great week and long term future beckons for TOX

    Cheers
