I think all this talk of reverse-takeovers, no outlook for profit, etc, is very premature. The stock has gone down on low volumes and is now at cash value. Whilst I am not enthusiastic at management thus far, I think it is way to early to give up on, unless you are a pure trader. In fact, these levels make it a good time to hoover up after nervous investors. Patience may be rewarded - ALA still has a growing app-dev part, an interesting investment holding and some nice vested interests.
Going down on no direct bad news is not a reason to follow the lemmings. imho.
