They mentIioned theIr maxImum prIce to the agent durIng a vIewIng , so we started the bIddIng below that and the auctIoneer poInted at the buyer namIng the prIce , tgey bId and It was all over . I reckon the next bId was 1m lower and we just got lucky . In my area 25% of the houses are locked up and permantently empty .
timing for GFC2 depends on a lot of stuff . it could be Italy or Chinaat this stage . I'd be astounded to make any higher highs from here . If Trump can pull off a trade deal then we could rally till April /May . Australia though is in a more difficult position my expectation is the Australian market will erode more than fall hard
