Why should non-owners care if other peoples properties remain vacant? Do you use all your assets every day or every month? Should I complain your lawn mower only used in spring and a little in summer or that your garage not storing your car which you park in the street? Maybe you could rent out your house to AirBnB when you go on holidays? Do you have a different concept of private property ...maybe a soialist view for others ?
