It's the 1% growth rate number that worries me here. My investment thesis has been that even if it doesn't grow it's profits its still a good purchase because of the amount of profit it generates anyway.
Are you doing these calculations to 10 years?
I guess that makes growth more reasonable. Hard to see much profit growth in the next 2-3 years, to me.
But I suppose 10 years from now they have bigger loan books etc
