I have watched and traded MAQ for years, it looks like they are planning to raise capital in the near future with the 1:10 consolidation.
The stock has had a liquidity problem for years, and now there are only 20 million shares on the register.
David & Aidan Tudehope own 61% of the stock, which futher hampers liquidity.
The company turned over $230 million in revenues last year for a $7.4 million loss, and is valued at $22 million.
Imagine what they could do if they slowed expendiure and cut costs !
I wouldn't touch them at the moment, but you get the feeling that they could jump out of the ground over the next year or two.
