The PMI figure dropped largely because of the sharp fall of stock market in July. It will get better in August. NP has been dragged down by other base metal prices but holding better. China state reserve bureau will start to buy refined nickel from August as they think it's good opportunity to buy when the price dropped below cost. There will be more incentives from Chinese government to drive the economy stronger and now it's just the temporary pain of transition.
