    Most freight contracts are negotiated with fuel surcharge escalation clauses, which means that fuel costs are borne by they end-user of the products being carted.

    The TOL story has got better mainly because they have found themselves with precisely the rights assets to take advantage of Global Supply Chains and good management to boot.
