It looks to me as if VMS is under strategic accumulation by a small number of investors. There has been enough buying over the past few days to sustain the price without pushing it up too quickly. I expect these buyers will want to continue patient accumulation for enough time to build a substantial tranche. Current market conditions must be close to ideal for such an exercise.
I wonder how much they have already.
