the margins in new buildings are pretty low - its the rental business on the East Coast that really makes the EBIT/RONA.
Its such a shame that previous management mucked up the rental returns on big new asset sales of site accommodation (that they subsequently lost money on).
I agree with you re valuation but don't think there is a rush given the recent asx query response.
