I've unwound some of my short. Working in the industry, considering the stories I have heard over the years, the RC has barely scratched the surface.

Might end up ok if they rulings and changes from the RC are very soft... But if they do what they should do and ban grandfathered fees/commission and vertical integration, the business is completely and utterly stuffed.

Expect advisers to be exercising their BOLR faster with all this happening and the education requirements getting closer.. So many AMP advisers have only a diploma of financial planning and will refuse to do a degree.

EDIT - I am not saying any adviser or AMP worker is bad, there are plenty of good ones, its just there are still plenty of bad ones the company has allowed to continue practicing..
