Hate to point out the obvious, but it's been at 33 for the past three days. It only drops to those levels when market sentiments are really bad and on those days generally your desire to buy will be severly deminished. If you want to top up and average down you should be picking days like today.
If the martket crashes tomorrow you won't want to buy and if it takes off again tommorow you will be peed off because you didn't buy today.
We humans are weird creatures...just can't win can we.
