    Unless they intend to fund it themselves (unlikely), to attract large institutional investors for development they'll need to demonstrate what they have i.e. JORC. No one is going to invest or lend into something that they don't know what they have.

    It will remain a "specky" until they get serious with demonstrating what resource they have.
