It's never that simple.

Look at it this way.....over a 5 day period over 50% of the company shares were bought and sold pushing the SP up 4 fold.

After this announcement only 15 million shares have been traded bring the SP down 25%.

So 5% of the shares which were traded in that 5 day period (15mil out of 300mil)have now been dumped because it's not the announcement day traders were looking for. The other 95% haven't reacted!!!

Ask yourself why that might be? What does that 95% know that you might not (and specifically, why a company that can easily survive on less than 1.5 million cash each year and had an SP of 1c has suddently been granted a 20mil facility in a very tight credit market)?
